If you’re considering living here, I strongly urge you to reconsider. The management consistently gives tenants the runaround, even after multiple attempts to communicate. You have to chase them down for basic responses, and they rarely follow through without being repeatedly reminded. What’s particularly frustrating is the double standard: while they are busy remodeling vacant units to attract new tenants, they dismiss current residents’ concerns as “cosmetic.” These buildings are over 50 years old—wood deteriorates, carpets wear down, appliances and fixtures malfunction. Requesting necessary updates should not feel like you’re asking for a favor or causing a disruption. Even worse, when changes are made, they’re often mismatched or poorly done, as if tenants don’t deserve cohesive, quality living conditions. Meanwhile, you can clearly see upgraded interiors and exteriors elsewhere in the complex. This isn’t about luxury—it’s about livability and respect. Long-term tenants are treated as afterthoughts. Save yourself the frustration. Management’s lack of responsiveness and accountability makes this a place I cannot recommend. ...
