PROS: Large apartment with nice layout, pretty trees, nice landscaping, shopping nearby, parks nearby, large pool. Nice laundry room. CONS: Busy streets with semis, trash trucks, hemis, and motorcycles constantly. Noisy neighbors with thin walls. We can hear our neighbors snore and pee. Predominantly Indian community with rambunctious children that they don't control. Rent is way too high for the area and amenities. Maintenance is slipshod and cheap. BOTTOM LINE: If you're used to traffic and neighbor noise, need to live in Sunnyvale, don't mind spending a lot on rent, are Indian and have school age children, then this is the place for you.
