The management here is not very effective. They never get back to you when they say they will, and it is up to you to continually bug them to finish any maintenance issues you have in your apartment. They had to redo the pool last year, and it took them about 11 months to get it done. The especially frustrating part is that workers were only here working on it MAYBE once every 3 weeks or so for a few hours at a time. Also, they have had to shut off our water for about 8 hours at a time with only about 15 hours notice about 5 times in the past year. A few of the times they gave us notice that the water would be shut off, they just didn't shut it off and instead had to do it the next day, inconveniencing all residents even further. Finally, they told us that because of a plumbing problem in the apartment next to ours, they would have to come into our apartment and open up a wall. However, they did not come the day that they told us they would, and gave us NO notice that they weren't there. Instead they came the next day (a Saturday) and were horribly inconvenient for us to work with. We are leaving as soon as our lease is up, and plan to recommend that others considering Birch Creek look elsewhere. I rented from summer '06 through summer '08. ...
