I’ve lived at 849 n mccadden pl for about 1 week and it has ALREADY been a complete nightmare. First off, there’s no reserved parking so you must park on the street. So that’s what I did, and I had my car vandalized and an attempted break in caught on camera. Someone broke my side mirror on the sidewalk side for no apparent reason and a homeless crackhead tried to break into my car but was unsuccessful thankfully. So I parked near my apartment where no one else parks and another tenant reported me to the main office who threatened to tow our car. Management does not care about the building or the apartment manager Isaiah I believe is his name. There’s loads of trash all over the place and literal feces all over the trash area. You have to walk through and smell it anytime you want to throw out your trash. Not to mention the homeless guy who sleeps back there and no one does anything about. This area looks nice but is very unsafe. Tons of transients walk around the neighborhood all the time. The inside of the apartment is ok but everything else puts you on edge and ruins the entire experience. Please, if you have the chance go somewhere you’ll be happy to live. This place is awful. ...
