Too many... none are good comments and my neighbors at the Pinnacle Apartment complex all agree. Poor property management, Broken car windows in the resident "parking section", pranksters pulling the Fire Alarms at any given time of Day AND Night (weekdays and weekends EVERY WEEK and sometimes everyday for a few days), broken Fire Extiguishing Glass boxes every month, Garage Parking doors are borken at least every other month, Computers at the "Computer Room" are constantly down and the Front Office doesnt even allow you to borrow their "always properly functioning" cumputers to pay your online bills, office staff do not handle troubled matters in a timely manner nor do they show any effort to make living there at the vary least pleasent. i pay $1,600.00 for a STUDIO. not even a 1 bd Apartment. Look Very Nice From The Outside..... and thats it! Cant wait for my lease to be over. I rented from spring '06 through summer '07. ...
