I’ve been at the elements for 3 years. This last year has been the worst!! I have been having an issue with my hearing and air. This has caused me to relocate some nights, have health issues, my stuff inside spoil, and paying DOUBLE in my utilities. I have been in contact with management for over a month with many promises made but NONE of them met. Jose is argumentative, doesn’t help solve the problem, and makes many empty promises. He thinks he can smooth it over with a smile and another promise to be better. I no longer believe anyone at this company. I’ve asked for him supervisor as well as Autumn with no help. I’ve tried calling corporate no response. I’ve emails I’ve done it all. This place doesn’t help tenants at all especially when they are in the wrong. ...

At first glance, The Element looks like a great place to live! There's a daily and hourly shuttle to the school, Target across the street, a pool, workout room and modern amenities. However, the staff is VERY slow to repair needed things. And staff does not enforce people that are too loud. It is nice though, that only college students are allowed in the complex. ...
