This place is a joke!If you happen to be an Abode Services client and live here you will be placed on the very bottom of the list.You will be last to have maintenance issues taken care of,if they are even addressed at all! You will not receive the same amenities as the other residents such as, security cameras,air conditioning, even state mandated handicap parking if required.You will on at least a monthly basis be given a 3 day notice along with false charges even for services that they don't supply, such as electric.You will be given lease violation after lease violation for any and all reasons.You will be met with back stabbing fakeness from property management who will talk about you as you are walking out the door. You will conveniently not be included in the notices being put on resident's doors regarding invites,parties,events at your apartment community.If you are an Abode Services client,Management of the property will point out yours and any other Abode clients apartments to future guests.. informing them that you are formerly homeless along with whatever other Apartments associated with Abode ,and will tell them that all homeless Abode clients will be evicted!! They will tell personal information to other residents regarding your household and homeless affiliations.You will have leak,after leak causing property damage that they will NOT REIMBURSE YOU FOR! THey will do half ass maintenance jobs leaving holes in your ceiling for over a year, leaving you exposed to yellow slime mold and asbestos!!! They are aware of both but will NEVER INFORM ANY TENANT OF!!! They will impose rent increases of $187.00 at a time!! I will stop now and just leave this here because the list goes on and on!!!! ...
