No windows open. Building has had major plumbing issues, that continue on to this day. HVAC systems are the only way to bring air into your unit. They break regularly. Appliances are Subpar. Utilities are illegally billed directly to your rent without accounting for usage and fees for everything. You aren't allowed to use the trash rooms or chutes butmuat put your trash outside your door every night for a concierge service to pick up. But only 4 nights a week. Hallways stink of trash and mold. Building entry doors are broken. Packages are regularly stolen or appropriated by others who may or may not put them back. Rats are now appearing. Occasionally rent is double charged. Leases are not one year. ...
