This place is the worst place I have ever lived in. It’s a rat hole. As low as the price is . DO NOT FALL FOR IT. Every year they will raise the rent and honestly if it was a good place to stay I wouldn’t mind paying but it SUCKS. Public areas: The hallways smell like pee, the parking lot is always full of trash and broken bottles , smells like marihuana everywhere. Management said is prohibited to smoke well GUESS WHAT? They still dooo! Cleanliness is POOOR. The other day we saw a tenant dropping a whole bunch of eggs near the elevator, he just left them there. The tenants do not take care of the amenities cause all of them are renters. Also CAREFUL WITH YOUR PETS!!!!! There is glass sometimes in the pee area for dogs as well!!! Homeless everywhere : There are always homeless roaming around the building do to the proximity of the Bart. They even camp in the external stairs that lead to the complex parking lots.They use the entrances as their place to hangout No security AT ALL: The garage door breaks every 2 days, SAME AS THE ELEVATOR!!!!! Living in the 5th floor we all had to suffer!!! The other day a MAN JUMP THE GATE. I even record a video . Management did NOTHING! Management: NON-EXISTENT. They do not care about you, they just want your money and the fees. THATS ALL. Tenants: Since these are rented flats no one cares. They are loud as hell and also since the building has poor construction we could hear every single time the upstairs neighbours walk , and fight. (YES THEY ARE ALWAYS FIGHTING TILL 11 PM) We told the management they didn’t do ANYTHING. Go to other properties, there are so many! Please don’t rent here. It’s a RACHET complex. And to the management of THIS PROPERTY , fire all of them cause THEY SUCK!!!!!! ...
