Current Resident

Since 2018 to the present I killed 14 very large roof rats inside my apt. I keep telling Sandra the property manager that it was promised to me that my unit would be completely painted and new carpets would be install because of damage my unit got from the rats. Still to this day nothing has been done except the hole the rats ate behind my stove to enter my unit. It took months before this problem was even addressed by management. They thought I was crazy in the the head and would laugh at me. My ESA service dog would not come out of my closet. Still to this day and many pictures later nothing has been finished or even started to allow me to move on with my life as it was. Depression, anger, and disappointment is where I'm at now. The now manager on sits will not help me at all. She hasn't got a clue. She slams her door in my face and will not give me her bosses phone number. She is disrespectful to a lot of tenants here. And really needs to be fired asap. She is not a property manager she's only a chair warmer that stays locked herself up in the office and won't get involved with some hard work. Each day that passes allows her to bring down this property even more. I am a disabled veteran of the US army . I will no longer put up with her disrespectful comments toward me or the slamming of her office door in my face. I have had it. And by Submitting this review maybe some one will care about my the living conditions I'm forced to live in. My next step I'm afraid will be a good lawyer. Then maybe this nightmare I'm living with will be over. SOMEBODY NEEDS TO STEP UP TO THE PLATE and be accountable. I did not sign up for this and it's fault is with the lack of property maintenance and management. 14 large roof rats and the nightmares still hunt me and my best friend (miley) my ESA service dog still hides in the closet because she still smells the 14 rats. Owners I need help...please! ...
