do not rent here. completely dirty outside of apartments. One tenet is dirty who let's their kids destroy the property along with leaving their food & trash for others to walk through. apartments need to be sprayed for bugs! bathrooms need to be finished correctly. They look like they are still renovating them, bathroom paint not used and it shows! And rent keeps going up, not reflected in any up grades ie carpet, repairs, re fresh of paint and touch ups to old apartments. ...
