This is an awful place to live. It is truly the definition of the word ghetto. The tenants are noisy, obnoxious, dirty and a lot of them are criminals and will be happy to make it known. The walls are paper thin and the management is unresponsive. This is a disgusting complex that nobody should ever have to call home. I rented from fall '07 through fall '07. ...
