This place is a hole.At times some of the basic amenities are not easily accessible. For instance, water, especially hot water, is constantly shot off for long period of times varying between 4 and 8 hours. The fire alarm goes off with no apparent reason, and some times during the middle of the night. As far as the parking, well it sucks especially if you have 2 spots because one is behind the other.
