Weazy, the Landlord, loves to 'check' on things and point out your problems. The laundry room is a joke, the washer is too small and barely works. The apartment is on a flood plain and has to be repaired from flood damage every 10 years-look it up. Neighbors hate sound, the thin walls do not help, so don't even think about playing music at night or watching tv at a reasonable volume. ...
