We had several electrical issues at this place. The ac wall unit is routed for 2 20V instead of the American 1V which added to our pg&e bill. The wiring is also routed to one breaker, our power went out several times. They turned off the water without informing the building, it's really hard to contact maintenance since the voicemail is disconnected. During covid we still had to pay for the amenities (pool/gym) even though we weren't allowed to use them. Also it's a poor remodel, the tub was peeling, handles were loose, the flooring was loose and the foundation is uneven. Pot smoke would also get into our room where the baby was sleeping. The area was really nice ,but the complex is over priced and poorly managed ...
