We have been living in these apartments since June of 2020 and the previous 2 managements were very nice and understanding. The new management is horrible... they won't allow us to renew our lease for 12 months this year even though we have been renewing our lease 3 times before for the same 12 months every time. as we have a pool view and they wants to bump up our lease. They are only allowing us to renew for 9months. We have tried to talk to the management but they won't help and the corporate # that they provided won't answer our calls( I have left 3 voicemails and have called 5+). It's ridiculous that they are trying to take advantage and there is no appreciation for being good tenants for past three years. as much as we complained about the smell of the hallways, the trash bags on the hallways , dog poop & trash. We are paying for valet trash and normal trash but yet they don't pick it up and then we have to take it ourself and through it away. There is also no internet in the business center. The TV in the gym is not working, also the TV/internet in the studio is not working. The parking garage door was broken for months and one day the garage doors locked and no one was able to get in or out of the building for hours. the call box for guests/deliveries to use has not been operating. and the issues with the guest parking (only have 8 parking spots for 300 + apartments which are always Full). And when we ask about guest parking they say they do not have any. The gym machines have been broken for a while. It Is very disappointing that management won't listen to any issue even as all tenants complain about, it's all about just making money no more humanity!!! They just want to make money for building owners on the expense of their tenants without solving any of the issues. It was very sad to read all the reviews on yelp and google and apartment dot com and see how many tenants are complaining about this management and how they are treating their tenants. And with all these bad reviews you will only see the management responding with a generic we are sorry to here that.
