The complex was extremely mismanaged! There was an incident in summer ’11 were somebody was stabbed and killed in the complex. The tenant was kicked out, but just goes to show the crowd attracted here! The entire complex is filled with screaming unruly kids that nobody watches or disciplines. I had complained more than 10 times to the front office and NOTHING was done about it. It came to the point where I had the ghetto parent coming to my door screaming at me after telling her child to quiet down so I could study. The upper management/owner John runs it like a business, not like an apartment complex. The “ghetto parent” who was confrontational had multiple (6+ in the past year) documented complaints was not kicked out because john choose not to. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone!!! You get what you pay for, but expect bad management that decides to take days off at a time without notice and ghetto neighbors who have no respect for the lease or other people! I rented from fall '09 through summer 11. ...

This was the perfect place to live until a new manager took over. I do not appreciate paying to live in a property where the Manager threatens to call the police when she receives feedback that is not all sunshine and rainbows. I should never be spoken to like a child or treated as one. There were several acts of vandalism most occuring due to the negligence of the maintenance staff, and in-convenient maintenance. Overall poorly managed. Dont move in here! I rented from fall 10 through fall 11. ...
