Overpriced. Gone straight downhill after the new management company took over. They just don't care. The lock to my apartment broke. The manager's response? "Can't you get in the window?" Are you serious? He told me he would fix it that day and still hasn't. Spends all his time getting high. Doesn't answer the door. The surrounding area is nice but avoid this place at all costs. I rented from fall '06 through fall '07. ...
