It started with an expectation that repainting and new fencing for the patio were coming soon. I was not advised a full remodel of 7 weeks would take place on each building. I also was not advised to expect a rent hike on every lease renewal. The new expectation is $1450 for a studio. I went through the 7 weeks of remodel with all of my outside storage stuff and my bike in my apt. I have also dealt with ants and spiders consistently.
