Old building. Had problems with mold building up in the bathroom and around the windows. Had water in our bathroom walls and all they did was drain pockets and paint over everything. Landlord usually took a day or two to get around to fixing things, but maintenance guys were great. I rented from summer '09 through spring 10. ...
