There is no visitor parking at all in this complex. If you have visitor's over, they have to walk about a block to the nearest parking lot. The apartments are always very noisy. I lived below a strange middle eastern couple who always played their music as loud as they possibly could. There is no swimming pool. No ammenities. The landlords are constantly changing. The location is good. Overall quality is poor. Oh and rent for the quality of the apt. is very expensive. I paid $650 for a one bedroom, and they are constantly increasing your rent. Every six months the rent price goes up $100. I rented from spring '06 through spring '08. ...
