I've been here a year and a half; with the exception of the people above me this place is calm, quiet and green. I love all the pine trees and the greenery is relatively well kept. Parking is very little issue as there is a brick wall across the street, and is usually wide open. The people above me are large people, they stomp around and fight about once a week, at all hours of the morning. The Jacuzzi is lukewarm at best. The plumbing in the complex is messed up as the water is very hot, and you wait for it to cool. This changes with each new manager, as they seem to think they have the fix to the problem...they never do, but the pluming varries for about 2 or 3 weeks. Most residents have only been here 2-3 years or less, there had been a mass exodus in the past year or so and most of the long term residents moved out. I rented from fall '06 through summer '08. ...
