I lived in this building for 2,5 years,and at first it was perfect, we had mostly students here, who was quiet most of the time, except some holiday but it was fun. Then landlord changed, community took downfall so let me tell you why you SHOULD NOT move-in here: 1. roaches (management not doing anything) 2. Old pipes (get ready to hear every drop of the water behind the walls 3. NO SECURITY CAMERAS (the ones that are in the building wasn't working since I moved in here in 2019) 4. Mailboxes got opened by god knows who and get stolen every month 5. Packages always get stolen too. I've got a countless number of them missing, and management not doing anything. When you text or call them, they will not answer. 6. Sound proof - what is that? you can hear your neighbor snoring 7. Parking gate getting jammed during heavy rain, so get ready to be late to work. 8. Homeless guy living in the front of the building, and some people finding him (not like it's bad, but still). 9. Some of the tenants love to do yard sale at the porch on weekends. 10. Countless number of times when homeless people broke into the apartments (thanks god the empty ones) So here are 10 reasons why you should not move into this building. But if you'll still do, PLEASE do not rent apartments with even numbers, cause they facing other building, and you will hear your neighbors like they are in your living room. Cause let me tell you, this echo makes wonders. For example, I'm writing this review at 12.40 am on Monday, cause I can't sleep, cause my Latino neighbors first had a party downstairs (remember echo?), complaining directly to them with and without the property manager didn't help. Now they having a fight as I can imagine because of the tone of their convos. So please, save your money and your nervous system, stay away from this place. Cause finally Im moving out of here next week. ...
