This place was the equivalent to a jail room. Walls were thin, cockroaches scuttled across the walls, and the management was extremely poor--even when they switched it. Our first room had a bathroom shared with our neighbors, who left her long black hair all over the shower and floor. The area was incredibly small and gloomy, to the point my roommate became sick over the vibes and claustrophobia. We moved to a larger, private studio with carpeting, yet our mood would always decrease whenever we entered. This place is terrible, with residents from all across the city (even Hollywood) making it impossible to make legitimate friends. If you're a CSUN student the only benefit I found here was I could simply walk across the street to reach the school, and it forced me to make a family out of my team by staying over at their homes instead of this. I rented from fall '07 through spring '08. ...
