Manager is a complete space cadet, and does not know what goes on in her apartments, i.e...approximate square footage or how much utilities run for, even though she claims to have been there for 14 years. They have a peeping tom on the first floor in the 2nd middle unit with the patio who brought chairs up to the third floor and stood in the hall to look into the shower window. The parking spots are too small and are tandem. The manager leaves the "security" gate/door open all day into the night. I have gas stolen out of my car, either by another tenant or someone who walked through the front door thats left open. They charge you for the paint when you leave which will be about $580 (even if nothings wrong with it) and then $5 (illegal) to re-key the apartment after you leave...DON'T EVER LIVE THERE, IT'S NOT WORTH IT.
