Overall it is a quiet apartment complex, the grounds are well kept but when maintenance is needed inside the apartments it would take a while or just not happen at all. Good apartments for students. Affordable and close to campus. Apartments are a bit old but you get what you pay for. Not the safest place in Marina, but it could be worst. Convenient if your looking for a place for a semester or two.
