Its been over a YEAR and the building STILL is not acknowledged by the USPS. When mgmt was told about it they said to get PO boxes as if that's the solution. Now all the tenets are unable to receive the free govt issued covid tests or anything involving govt matters. Multiple tenets have broken their lease due to the terrible communication of Pan American properties employees Amanda Hall and currently Nadia Barnes. Just recently the car garages were flooded and we were told to leave our garages open while they run fans to dry the halls for ONE WEEK/ 24hrs without providing tenants a place to park their cars. Its impossible to find parking in this neighborhood, hit and runs are very common. Management has not returned emails or calls regarding our electricity bill concerns for the nonstop fans usage. It takes all water stations within the building 10- 15mins to just start warming up, when told; tenets were informed that 50% of the water bill would be covered by the owner. Tenets have been asking for months about why its not itemized / credit seen in the break down of their rent invoices. They are told its a 3rd party company and to call or email in a week to give her enough time to get the information. That has been several months unanswered calls/ emails with any 3rd party company or invoice showing proof the owner is paying 50% of the water bill. Another time there was no power to the whole building. Pan American was forced to put all tenants up in a hotel after tenants complained it illegal not to provide housing until the problem was fixed. This unit is 3500+ a month in rent. Pan American provided a Holiday Inn one star rating room that had junkies inside and outside the building, rooms taped off by the police in one room and homeless people that are given vouchers to hotels to stay a couple of days The the car gate and front door are broken most of the time there's no intercom system to accommodate deliveries or unknown visitors, no one is able to use the elevator, the smoke detectors constantly go off while cooking, there's no fireplace in the units I've seen, laminated uneven flooring, the choice of gating surrounding the building makes it effortless for someone to hop the gate, there's no weather striping so it gets cold fast, they silly rules that u can't use tape on the walls, only making holes are acceptable, no holiday decorations can be on display in front of door I can certainly go on ...
