This apartment complex had an ant problem. Also a greedy tow company (in house). I was able to get my money back from the tow company but it took two months of fighting the morons. Basically bought a new car, I called the parking pass people they said to put my current sticker on my car. Months later, my car was towed. I was able to prove it was the their fault and reimbursed. But I had to fight for my $384. next was the pluming issue. I didn't have hot water for 23 days. I had to go back and fourth between manager and maintaince people. It was miserable not to have a hot shower and not sanitary not to have hot water for my dishes. The final kicker was that the carpet was in bad shape when I was there, i left after a few years. DJ the manager when i left tried to charge us $900 for new carpet. that was more than the security deposit. Over all not worth living there. The managers are not there for the tenants. the tow companies want to make money off of you, and hopefully you have hot water. I rented from spring '03 through spring '05. ...
