Former Resident

This was the worst place to live. Something was always breaking and the maintenance people's go to was sealant for everything. Toilet is leaking, sealant. Crack in the doorframe, sealant. Gates are always broken. There's constant car break-ins or stuff getting stolen from the patio if you're on the ground floor. The worst came when it was time to move out. I got $150 from my $700 deposit back because there were bugs in the lighting fixtures. Bugs! I would have charged those suckers rent if I knew I would get taxed for bugs in the apartment when I left. Mind you, it took me 3 days to move out and clean but that still wasn't enough for them. Utilities are way overpriced and due to the way they split it in the building, you end up paying for someone else's utilities even though you're hardly home. Do not buy into the pretty exterior. Metro Six55 are thieves. ...
