The rent is over priced, management is too aggressive on charges when moving out, maintenance is too slow, all the cabinets fall apart because they are cheaply made, landscaping is not kept up enough, they will let anybody live there, the walls are paper thin, the carport (you have to pay extra for this) is very tiny and not SUV compatible (i've seen them fit in other apartments, but wonder how in the world you get out once you've fit the vehicle in), complaints about noisy or drug addict neighbors are not taken into account fast enough (bureacratic nightmare), location is miles far from anywhere of interest, and I felt overall dissatisfied with the name and reputation that was presented to me.
