Places are not taken care of. Carpets have holes. Beds are old. There is no insulation, so you can hear your neighbors conversations. Windows might as well be wax paper. Appliances are old. Furnished with fairly nice furniture. Very close to school but also the RR tracks. I rented from summer '05 through summer '07. ...
