Terrible management, unsafe neighborhood. Loud, drunken neighbors, extremely loud children running around at all hours. Lock your cars and make sure you never leave anything of value in them - I had three stereos stolen while living here. It's the cheapest place to rent in the neighborhood and it shows in the quality of tenant they let in, not to mention the shoddy repairs (if you can get them to bring anyone in) and total disrespect that the management gives to quiet tenants that pay their rent on time.
