It has been a roller coaster, the staff are understanding and inclusive with their residents. They make sure to acknowledge milestones in our lives , like birthdays or events , and continue to try to bring our apartments community together through the accumulation of the residents recipes to be incorporated in our own books and virtual parties during the covid-19 pandemic. The only down side to the apartments community would be the infestation of cats and the the partial low class level of the residents . There has been 2 instances of a shooting at our complex and several instances of fights breaking out in the parking lot . However, if you remain in your own lane and mind your business , you will only have a problem with the felines over running the complex. There has been several instances of unsupervised children playing ding dong ditch at all hours of the day and night , as well as , multiple instances of theft of our packages. Due to the theft of deliveries and the inability for the mail man/woman to understand that all packages must be handed to the resident or delivered in the office, I no longer feel comfortable delivering packages to my own homes/unit ...
