I lived there for a year and so glad I moved out. The Bodega Wine Bar was practically outside my window and could hear music and loud people from the bar until 2 AM. They also opened up a Jazz Institute that I could hear until they closed late at night next to the bar. I was lucky I moved out when I did since now there's a restaurant opening up in the same area that will have live Mariachi music. When these businesses are closed they have live music playing in the Paseo during the day at various times. Each day I was annoyed with the elevators since they clearly don't have enough for the amount a residents. They were crowded and overused especially since they broke all the time. Almost every few days I had to detour to another elevator that dropped me off far from where my car was. I paid $3300 a month for a little over 1200 s.f and the flooring, cabinets, appliances, and fixtures were cheap as can be. I was told by a leasing agent before I moved in the reason that only some of the apartments have washers and dryers is because they ran out of money during construction. I guess they also didn't have enough money to make my apartment look like it was worth $3300 a month. Also I lived on the top floor and all summer my apartment temperature got up to over 80 degrees since the air conditioning wasn't adequate or powerfull enough. I rented from fall '06 through fall '07. ...

i Have lived here for three years, and they have changed three managers. i hate this apartment now. I rented from winter '05 through fall '07.
