My experience with 4020 38th st. Was good but also bad . The residents there are cool people no noisy loud obnoxious noises . It's safe there but the security gates are always broken . But I felt safe. The new management is the problem. They evicted a few people there for no other reason then they wanted them out so they could remodel the apartment that was and should have been condemned. In fact they paid some of the residents there as a incentative to leave at a certain date and time . I think they all took the money on the understanding it was to get a hotel room until they remodeled the apartments and all the black mold, asbestos and the big hole that broke underneath one of the apartments that when the rain came in January 22 and flooded those residents out. But the management tricked them and they told them they can reapply when they are done remodeling the place. The place should have been condemnd and management had them living in that filth , not to mention coal roaches so abundant they didn't even hide from the light for over 3 years .check this out the.new management covered all that decay and filth up and have gotten away with that scandal. Anyway that's my experience I have a lot of pictures of those roach Infestation of a place. Maybe now they fumigation the place I doubt it tho. I personally thought the way they did those tenants was very wrong I'm glad they didn't do us like that we had to leave for a few days that was that. Yes I would recommend to.my friends after they get these roaches out. ...
