Stay away. Crystal Falls is a ghetto of low-income rent subsidized tenants who are drug addicts, alcoholics, or gang bangers. Kids and teens run wild with no supervision. Loud music is played at all hours. No one pays attention to the pet policy and most families have tons of dogs and cats. As a result animal poop is everywhere, as are cockroaches. The staff are friendly until you sign your lease, then they become rude and dismissive of your concerns. The staff are also fee happy, and do not disclose all of the fees and charges you will be hit with as a tenant. You are charged for parking, garage, water, even your "free" cable television. I was told my rent would be $649 per month. After a page and a half of "extra" charges (like mandatory renter's insurance, basic cable fees, water bill, garbage bill - both supposedly included in the price of your rent), I was paying over $750 a month.
