Overall, the place is not a terrible place to live. It's close to campus, which is nice, and on the lower end of the pricing scale for the area, and it's usually pretty quiet...the only downside is the that the staff is really lazy. If you need anything from the office staff, make sure you start asking a few weeks in advance, because it takes that long for them to get anything done. Also, they're constantly closing for hours or even days during hours that they're supposed to be open(they once closed for an entire week with no explanation). Which is really frustrating when you need something from them or need to use the computer lab. Also, the maintenance takes a long time to get things done. We once had a drawer in our kitchen break, and the maintenance kept telling the office staff they'd already come and fixed it, but when I'd get home from work, it was still hanging off the track down into the cupboard below. We had to ask them 4 times before they finally ACTUALLY fixed it. Overall, a pretty good place to live, but it's very frustrating trying the staff to do anything, as it always takes at least a week or two of nagging. ...

Great place to live, the apartment managers are usually right on top of things, once in a while I got some noisy neighbors, but other than that it was a pretty good place to live. I rented from fall '06 through summer '08.
