The managers refused to fix our shower and mold was coming thru the walls & into the bathroom. The railings were falling off the walls, our balcony was leaning so bad it had to be against fire code. she threatened to evict us because my husband is white & im black. She had our car towed without notice & tried to blame it on the owner. She came into our apt without notice or permission, she closed the pool down all year cuz she didnt like kids playing in it . She cussed out the kids if they were playing outside. She has a copy of everyones mailbox key and she stole our mail until the post office told us we could change the lock,and she had her "boyfriend/maintence man" break the lock. we had to get a restraining order against her. She charges ppl an extra $15 a month for cable. The cable company told us we werent to pay extra for the basic cable that comes to that building. They use the survellance camares to spy on tenants not for security. It has mice and termites,If you currently live there & you need to get a restraining order the managers name is Barbara A. Mendez.
