Former Resident

Roaches galore, probably a new strain because they survived 2 rounds of fumigation. Not safe, always creepy people out front and the cops are always coming by to the place next door (sounds like a lot of domestic disputes from the yelling). Cars get broken into, management is not helpful even though they have a "security camera system". Water system is always being worked on, so your water will be shut off more often than not (at least they send you notice, if that is any consolation). Communication with management is timely, but often disappointing and useless to solve the issues. Maintainance is a joke, fixed a leak by making a hole in the wall; patched it without painting it and then I was charged upon move out for new paint. Move in if your desperate, but don't say you weren't warned. ...
