dont like the MANAGER, PARKING, WASH/DRYER and MOST NEIGHBOORS. Analisa, the previous manager was super cool. she convienced us to stay here saying that this place is chill. then a month later, i guess she was replaced by Guillermo (looks & talks exacally like the mexican guy from jimmy kimball show). This guy is RUDE. i was walking to the mailbox w/ a skateboard and he asked me "are you still a kid'". he even looked into my porch and said that my plants look TACKY. when i moved in, i parked near a wall not blocking anyone just to unload some groceries, GUILLERMO said that he was gonna tow my car. i wasnt even blocking anyone, not even there for 3 min. washing clothes is always crowded, you have to do it before 4pm and weekdays. Honestly, this place stinks. my heater doesnt work, my faucet leaks, theres a brown thing that looks like a cacoon that continues to grow from the ceiling, even after i removed it,also, theres some yellow and black pee stains on the bathroom ceiling (WTF). WHERE THE HELL DOES THAT COME FROM' not to meantion, PARKING SUCKS, PEOPLE TAKE UP AS MUCH SPACE AS THEY CAN, SO THAT NO ONE PARKS NEAR THEM. id much rather stay at the apartments next door.good luck having the pizza guy finding your address, this place is cluttered. the walls here is really thin, i constantly hear the neighboors boning, and its a DUDE MOANING!
