This is the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. The apartments are insanely overpriced, the maintenance staff never fixes anything, and the management is non-existent. The people working in the leasing office never respond to any problems, they simply tell the residents that they will get to it later (aka NEVER). Here are only a few of the problems I've dealt with over the last year - my mailbox was broken into multiple times, my air conditioner has been broken since I've moved in (it gets to 103 in my apt in the summer and they still haven't fixed it), my car got vandalized twice, the staff came into my apt several times for no reason, fire alarms were tested non-stop for 8 hours one day (this happened again for 3 consecutive days), water pipes broke and all water was shut off most of the day (this happened multiple days and fees were increased on our water bill), my rent was increased and was non-negotiable, the property is not maintained at all (trash everywhere and lack of keeping the place looking nice), and the apt itself is falling apart (the walls are randomly breaking off). I'm pretty sure I'm missing a lot. And how did the management respond to all of this?? They did absolutely nothing. I have never had to deal with so much crap from an apartment complex. Once you sign the lease, you're trapped. They don't care about you or any of your problems - the only things they care about are receiving a large check from you each month and recruiting their next victims.
