The garbage is constantly overflowing, the gate in the front is RIDICULOUSLY loud, the entry to the apartments are enclosed so you can hear everyone walking up or down the stairs and opening and closing their doors. The apartments are not updated, and the walls are also paper thin. If these things don't bother you, this is the place for you! :) I rented from winter '09 through winter 11. ...
