Maintenance is never done in a timely manner. Bath tubs need to be replaced. Water remains in the middle of the tub and doesn't drain. No daily cleaning of the building. Stairwells need cleaning, really smell. No onsite building maintenance. Manager quit and has not been replaced. Broken equipment in fitness center that has not been replaced. Property owners don't seem to care about the building or it's residents other than collecting rent. It is a nice apt. in a decent area but not worth the money or headache. Takes a month to get things fixed. Bathtub is flawed. Water does just stays in the middle of the tub, not to the drain. I rented from summer '05 through summer '07.
