Madera Vista has high crime rate, check with Twin Cities police. Apartments face each other and are noise. Parking is a free for all outside so if you get home late your screwed unless you get an underground parking spot which is not enclosed or secure. I rented from spring '02 through spring '06. ...

Poor noise, dogs pooping everywhere, vandalism. The place has been sold and they are going to evict and renovate the entire place. I rented from fall '01 through fall '06.
