Awful place to live. This place had a problem with pigeons and theur feces, and pigeon feces causes bedbugs. My apartment got bedbugs, along with several others because of this, and I was forced to pay the $1,000 for treatment. Poor renovations were made, old appliances used that smelled awful and did not work properly. Constantly broken front gate. Problem with roaches. Dirty pool that does not get cleaned for months. Incompetent and unresponsive management. Dirty and trashed parking lot. Smells awful. Dumpster is always overflowing. ...
