I really like the room size and layout. There are a lot of great amenities and the location is great if you are in Greek life. There are a lot of fun community events with free food that I enjoy. The rent is one of the cheapest in the area for luxury apartments. I don't like the amount of noise and parties however. ...

The district is a great place to live. It is within walking distance to campus and it has fun amenities. At times the Internet is spotty but overall it is a good place to live and they have fun activities.

The District on Apache is a great place to live. It’s not the newest building in Tempe, but it has a lot to offer. They are remodeling the building for fall 21 and the pictures look good. The new light rail is opening soon too and it has its own station.
