Overall, I had a great experience at Woodlands Village. The staff were accommodating to the needs and requests. The amenities were useful, and we loved the barbeque area. A great, rather inexpensive place to live.

Living in Woodlands Village is such a great experience since every location is near buy (stores, restaurants and etc.) for students who want to walk to certain locations. A walk to NAU is about 15-20 min long however, be careful when walking through the snow there is a lot of black ice. ...

Even though this is a large complex, the staff do their best to take care of their residents. Maintenance is incredibly responsive, and generally have you problem fixed in a day or two. Additionally, the management team puts on events for the residents. Even with COVID, they’ve done 2 events! My husband and I really appreciated the free food.
