My experience with Hilltop Townhomes is a mixture of great experiences and negative ones. While I love living so close to school, it is often run down and I, as well as other tenants, have had numerous problems throughout our stay.

It has been a relatively good experience. I've had a few bumps but what college student hasn't? Maintenance is nice, they are very polite and get the orders done fast and efficiently. Hilltop Front desk people are always willing to help me out if I need it!. ...

Hilltop is a good community. Being right next to campus is super convenient for classes and getting around. Each unit is fully furnished and having each bedroom lock separately is a nice safety feature.

Hilltop is a good place where I can stay and still be next to Campus. The only issue is that the cost is so expensive. For the pay and hours I get from on campus, both of my checks pay my rent plus utilities. So it can be a bit of a struggle at times. Other than the cost, its a decent place of living. Don't have to pay for wifi or water just electric which is split between 4 people. I have my own room with a shared bathroom with one other person although you can have your own, it just costs a bit extra. All in all, Hilltop is a good place of living. ...

Hill top town homes is lovely, each person gets there own room with the option of having their own bathroom or share one with someone else. The staff are friendly to residents and do what they can to help.
