RATS RATS RATS - stay away from Dwell apartments- lady Tiffany the manager is very rude - I have caught 14 Rats in my apartment and have severe health issues and yet she says Scottsdale has a rat problem - that was her response. This place is disgusting- STAY AWAY - find somewhere else to live - It is not worth $1500 a month and yes I understand that is cheap for Scottsdale but pay extra $100 and find another complex, because of the unhealthyness overall of the apartments you have the rudeness of management. STAY AWAY DO NOT RENT HERE ...
