RENTERS BEWARE - My 2012 Jeep Rubicon was stolen May 21, 2024 @ 2:41am from the resident parking on the fifth floor of the parking garage. FYI - MY JEEP WAS LOCKED AND I HAVE BOTH SETS OF KEYS. The staff are friendly and kind, but will not share the video with me for some privacy reason. I asked simple questions. Did they push the jeep out or was it driven out? All they can tell me is the time, it was stolen @ 2:41am. I asked for more video about other cars coming in and out around that time. (I’m sure these thieves did not walk up to the fifth floor past seven other jeeps.) I think Emerson has one security camera and the video quality cannot read license plates. They won’t even let me look at the video. NOTICE - This is a parking garage to steal from and not be caught. Management is supporting the thieves by negligence. (The Parking Security gate has been broken for 8 months or more.) The security gate on the third floor has never worked since I moved in here. They advertise a secure parking garage and I was told that the gate would be working in a few weeks after I moved in. They are great at leasing apartments, but when it comes to help with a stolen vehicle or anything else stolen, you’re on your own. Still can’t understand why video in a public area it is considered private video and it cannot be shared with the victim of a crime. Only the police can look at the video. Emerson On Mill is a convenient place to live and a great place for thieves to steal anything out of the unsecured resident parking garage. Management accepts no responsibility for the neglected and broken parking security gate. Best staff there is! Love it hear! I still recommend this place to my friends all the time! The staff is super enthusiastic, no matter who you’re working with, but Daniel and Zack are by far the best. The amenities and location make this spot even batter

I love living at Emerson. It is extremely nice and the leasing office employees are super helpful. The complex is very clean and quiet. I love Emerson! the apartments are a little expensive but they are definitely worth it! It's right on Mill so it's always a little noisy but it's super pretty at night. The apartments themselves are really spacious and pretty too!
